digitalenergy Training - Module Two: Data Administrator

Course Overview

This course is to provide the essential knowlege to data/energy managers and administrators to be able to work wiht the flow of data in and out of digitalenergy. The focus is on the import/export path, handling data from multiple sources and handling exceptions. 

The implementaiton of supplier contracts and tarif management is detailed, as is the process of credit handling. 

The course is run between the hours of 10am and 3pm when scheduled. A pre-requisite of attendance is completion of course module one.

• Data Validation and exception management 

Learning Outcomes

• To enable data management/bureau operators to be able to import/export and utalise energy data with digitalenergy
• The course can count for 6 hours of continual professional development (CPD)
